1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the win bt platform and all its services. "win bt", "we", or "our" refers to the winbt.click website and its operators. "Member" or "you" refers to any individual registered on win bt.

2 Account Registration

• win bt may request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
• All winnings and balances associated with accounts registered with a false age will be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Payments

You can deposit on win bt via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳20 (twenty BDT).
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes.
• If suspicious payment activity is detected, win bt may temporarily suspend the account.
• Depositing using another person's account or card is strictly prohibited.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing funds from win bt is straightforward and transparent, though certain conditions must be met.

• Your account must be KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Standard withdrawals are processed in 5–30 minutes on average. In special cases, it may take up to 48 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory before any withdrawal can be made from a bonus balance.
• win bt does not charge any additional fees on withdrawals; however, the payment gateway may apply its own charges.

6 Bonus Terms & Conditions

Win bt offers a variety of bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and referral bonuses. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions.

• After claiming a bonus, withdrawals will not be permitted until the required wagering (turnover) conditions have been met.
• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and can be claimed once.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds will be credited to your cash balance, but only after the turnover requirement has been met.
• If bonus abuse is detected, win bt reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the bonus.
• Every promotion has an expiry date. Once the deadline passes, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

7 Betting Rules

Separate rules apply to Sports Betting and casino games on win bt.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except where the cash-out feature is available.
• If a match is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• If a match is suspended and not played within the stipulated time, the bet will be considered void.
• If an evident odds error is detected, win bt reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a leg in an accumulator bet is voided, the remaining odds will be used to settle the bet.
• If suspicious betting patterns (including suspected match-fixing) are detected, win bt reserves the right to place payments on hold pending investigation.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the win bt platform. Violations may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same individual.
• Opening an account using another person's name or details.
• Bonus abuse or system exploitation.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Hacking, fraud, or any attempt to breach the security of the platform.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Accessing the platform from outside permitted regions via VPN or proxy.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Win bt reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons.

• Upon evidence of a terms and conditions violation.
• If registration is completed using false information.
• In cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Before closing an account, win bt will attempt to return any legitimate balance. However, if the closure is due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.
